RSS has been blessed with some of the most brilliant, passionate, and genuine people we'll ever meet. At the same time, I feel as if it has been underachieving for too long. It's time for that to change.
This year, expect greatness. Your executive board is a dedicated one and we are excited to introduce to RSS a newfound zeal for the society--a passion that is fueled by our desire to make the society stronger through innovations such as our alumni network and service projects such as LAMP.
In short, RSS is about to undergo a giant of an awakening. Will you be a part of it? I sure hope so. A great way to get involved is to join one of the many committees that allow RSS to thrive. Find one that really speaks to you and give it all you've got.
